OOoh that's neat. The brownish shading really adds to the dirty swampy feel and I like how tribal the creatures looks. Great job man!

i tried to make the back ground look really dark, to me it fit in with the gloomy look to the scene. as for the things that look like their floating, their suppose to be part of trees that are visible in the dark.

The swamp gouls live in swampy regions and lurk out of their swamp when ever prey is near. They have senses like an animal so they can hear approaching visitors before they are near giving them the clear advantage to hide and wait. They're very quiet and can stand in a position for hours awaiting travelers to wonder close. I guess they dont have special abilities. They act more like.......Zombies, except they dont grunt and theyre very patient.
